Air Con does the world wonders

Air conditioning uses a lot of energy every single day. Could you imagine if a country like America didnt have air conditioning.

It does seem to be something that we use whenever we go.. Of course for someone living here in England it isn’t very important as we need the complete opposite to keep us warm. The thing is air conditioners are being used everywhere and you can even purchase portable air conditioners to keep you cool on the move. In England the car is the only place we really use them a lot because it gets really stuffy..

Some of the states out in America like Florida use a lot of air con indeed.. Having been to some of the hottest places in America I have to say that without air con life would have been rather difficult. This is because as soon as you are under the sun you want to jump straight back into somewhere with air con.. One of the important questions to ask is do Americans need this air con or is it for many tourist attractions??

An office is certainly a place that needs good air con.. Although it could be said that air con is a fantastic invention its major issue is the energy it uses.. Of course there are other great inventions out there like portable air conditioner not to forget electric patio heater.

So when you next get home and feel a bit stuffy think do you really need the air con on?. It could be that switching it on has become a habit.. Leaving it off could mean a lot of money saved in your electricity bill as well as making you feel a bit better about yourself.
